How do we use your data?
Your personal data is used exclusively for: providing our cat care services, communication about bookings and visits, sharing bodycam recordings and daily updates about your cat, billing and payment processing, and improving our services.
Bodycam recordings
Our carers wear a bodycam during every visit to your home. These recordings are securely stored in the cloud and are exclusively accessible to you as a client. Recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days unless you request otherwise. We never share bodycam footage with third parties.
Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or modification. All data is stored encrypted and transferred via secure connections (SSL/TLS).
Your rights
